From where are the botanical ingredients derived? The chemicals in these ingredients have already been tested on animals, so that claim that they don't test on animals just sounds funny and absurd. Purity means that the product don't contain harmful ingredients, not even in small amount and as you can see they don’t live up to this claim. Just for the future record: I don't have any problem with synthetic ingredients if they are safe and effective or neutral to the skin and health. The products are overpriced. About the products.
Yes it's natural, and I do like the calm line. It does have silicone in the product and the orange oil should not be in a day cream. I have not tried the skin care for the face, as I'm very happy with what I currently use, which is the Eminence line. That being said, I recently started working with a girl who sells Arbonne products and I demonstrate the makeup line for her at her openhouses/parties because she's not trained in makeup. My skin is pretty dry, going to normal in the summer, and RED! I use the calm line and I really like it. I didn't try any of the nutrition based products because I believe lines should stick to what they know best and this brand started out as a skin care brand, which is what I feel they know and do best. She said if you don't like the line, you can't fake that you do around others and it's not fair to people buying it if you're faking it. So as a botanical line, it's pretty good but not my favourite and not the best I've worked with makeup wise. Some of them are over the top, some of them get that you said no and if you want to try it you will contact them. I think for the money, and if it works for you, you're making a great investment in the life of your skin. The RE 9 line does not suit my skin at all and burned on contact.

Arbonne International has been very successful and the company's profits have been consistently on the rise. I’ve had the pleasure of trying Arbonne’s new RE 9 Advanced Serum ($58). In the three weeks I used the serum, I’m happy to say that I only had two minor breakouts, which is fantastic for me. The difference I saw with this serum is that it has a dry/matte finish to it. So for me it just comes down to feel, which is nice and think this will be good in the summer. After the seventh ingredient, there are 15 extracts in this serum! My goodness, I have no idea what they do, and not sure if they really help with firming and lifting the skin, but it does help create the nice fragrance without artificial fragrances. Perhaps if I used it continuously for several months it may help, but I’m forever searching for the fountain of youth and will move on to another product. I stopped the serum after 6 months. Kudos though for the cleanser and toner. I had used the RE 9 advanced line for for over 4 months & was disappointed from day one. I have used the RE 9 Arbonne products for about 6 years and my skin never looked or felt so good. I have dry skin and nothing made my skin feel moist and glow like the older products.no longer can I say that because my skin is back to feeling dry and looking dull. I am in the market for another product that worked as well. The few pimples that I normally have are gone, and my face looks fantastic.

My children are allergic to most sunscreen and this is the ONLY sunscreen I can put on them that doesn't break them out in hives. 46 people found this helpful. 1212 comments |46 people found this helpful. Was this review helpful to you? Now she is now five and I applied it twice this week with the new formulation (which is all as it is available) and she got very sunburned! I bought this product last year for my son with very sensitive skin and it was great. This year, the "same" sunscreen attacked and burned patches of skin on his arm. For the price, this product had me utterly disappointed too. I was searching for chemical-free sunscreen and this was part of the list. If you are looking for something chemical-free, however, this is not the product for you. So after her recommendation this is the sunscreen we have used and it works as good as she said. 0 Comment |One person found this helpful. 0 Comment |2 people found this helpful.
Below is a full recap of the products I tried, and the thoughts I had on each of them. The pre-packaged shake mixes were great to blend up with some frozen fruit, water and chia seeds. Packed in these 5 vitamins were 20 essential vitamins and minerals. I received the fizz tabs in two flavors: Pomegranate and Citrus. The fizz tabs for sure helped with my afternoon hunger and gave me an extra energy burst. The fit chews were another great way to handle my afternoon hunger and sweet tooth! The chews were a tasty chocolate, and did taste like candy! The chews are supposed to suppress appetite, and increase metabolism. The herbal detox tea was my afternoon and evening “warm me up”. I love having tea in the afternoon, and I was hoping that this tea would actually good. The tea is supposed to help support body cleansing and liver and kidney health. So…what did I think about the products and my week of Arbonne? I felt great while taking the products, and had amazing workouts all week. My energy levels were through the roof, and I looked forward to having the products everyday.
Unfortunately, as soon as we recieved this through the post, the sun decided that enough was enough and the early summer weather was just a teaser. The sunscreen was easy to apply, and reassuringly thick. The smell of the lotion reminded me slightly of aniseed but only in a very mild way and was not unpleasant in the slightest. Priced at £21 for a 177ml bottle it is at the top end of products, but it smells lovely, goes on nicely and didn't cause any tears. I am pleased to say that the sunscreen was now had a good testing, and we have a happy and unburnt little man. It seems to be doing the job extremely well, and protecting him from the harmful rays. We used the product again and an hour later Dylan ended up with swelling in his cheek and a rash covering half his face. Luckily it went away relatively quickly and the doctors were not worried. The ABC range has several baby products including a nappy cream, a body boil and a body lotion. Although Dylan has not had any problems with his skin, I had bad eczema when I was a baby, and I tend to be on the cautious side when choosing products for him. Dylan's skin feels beautifully soft and not dried out at all after his baths, and even with hair washing, he does not get irritated by the product. Unlike other sensitive skin products, the hair and body wash has a nice smell. I understand that fragrance free means less of the chemicals, but this product seems to have struck a balance between the two, and works great for my little dude.
All the opinions on this blog are my own, and are truthful and honest. - The packaging for this product is absolutely GORGEOUS! It’s this lovely orange and beige color, and the containers that it comes in were something to be marveled. - The price of this product scared me a little at first. You can really feel the collagen in the serum, and it works to tighten your skin. I appreciated that the product had a nice touch of SPF, but the only unfortunate thing about SPF products, is that if you are taking pictures or anything to do with harsh lighting, you will have this ghostly glow around your face. This one didn’t clog my pores, and I noticed results of firmness and brighter skin in the morning. Although I didn’t believe it at first (trust me, I’ve tried plenty of products that promise miracles in 24 hours and seldom work), I have to agree with the product that my skin was visibly firmer and brighter within the first 24 hours of use. It could be my skin wasn’t used to the product, or just because of hormones, but I did notice a couple of little bumps that were irritating and required concealing. As for considering purchasing the product, I would definitely say that I want it, but the price is definitely something ridiculous. The products are good and show promise and change in the skins firmness. If I had to compare this skin product with another, I would say that it’s comparable in both price and quality with Chanel’s skincare line, but I enjoy Arbonne’s products because of their botanical use, and having vegan friendly products.
