Cystic acne can be tricky to work with and just address via over the counter products as it is linked with hormonal/internal causes as well. Currently what products are you using for your morning and night regimen? Are you using these products night and day? I'm not seeing any use of sunscreen, is this omitted purposely or do you not have a source of SPF? While all skin can benefit from SPF, skin suffering from cystic acne is considered more vulnerable versus skin that isn't experiencing it and by not shielding it from UV rays, you can expose skin to more elements that can worsen it. Outside links aren't allowed in Beauty Talk so I can't share any (nor do I have any on hand at the moment), but I would recommend speaking with a skin care professional or even a health/medical professional that may specialize in dietary habits and patterns to see how what you consume on a daily basis may or may not be affecting your skin.
