You take some oatmeal and squeeze it in your hand while running a little water in/through it. When you open your hand the oatmeal will look milky. Skin Care Routine for Sensitive, Oily, Acne-Prone Skin. I use this product 2x a day (morning and night). This toner is gentler on my skin (but I don’t get that “deep clean” feeling that I love.) This toner is great for sensitive skin, or if your skin is sunburned. This goes back to the whole stripping your skin problem I’ve been talking about. I’ve recently been using this moisturizer, and I love it! If this moisturizer isn’t for you, I would go with Cetaphil’s oily skin daily moisturizer . This product in combination with the Aczone made a huge difference in my skin. This does cause your skin to peel. This product is probably the #1 contributor in my skin clearing up. This is great for oily skin, but must be used with caution. If your skin isn’t oily, I would use the brush less.
